My Secret Lover is My Husband's Twin: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: The Bachelor Party Wager

Rafael celebrates his bachelor party and kisses his companion Jessica. Party guests mock his fiancée Elaine when she arrives with cold medicine. Edward, Rafael's twin brother and head of the Klein Group, arrives to remind Rafael about his wedding tomorrow. Rafael arrogantly proposes a dice bet. He wagers his bride Elaine on their wedding night against Edward's lucrative Vegas casino. Elaine walks through the crowd, and her eyes meet Edward's.

2. EP 2: A Familiar Rescue

Party guests taunt Elaine for following Rafael, but she endures the abuse to secure surgery money for her mother. A guest shoves Elaine toward the pool. Edward catches Elaine by the waist before she falls into the water. In that moment, Edward recognizes Elaine as the woman who saved his life in a rainy alley three years earlier. Rafael watches the two embrace and coldly asks if they need another minute.

3. EP 3: The Ring in the Deep

Rafael knocks the medicine out of Elaine's hand when she approaches. Flashbacks reveal her father Logan gave her one month to marry Rafael or her mother Jenny would die. Jessica taunts Elaine and slaps her to the ground. Rafael removes his engagement ring and throws it into the pool. He cancels the wedding unless she retrieves it. Elaine dives straight into the water to save her mother's life.

4. EP 4: Pulled From the Water

Elaine reaches the bottom of the pool and grabs the ring. Her strength gives out, and she sinks underwater. Edward removes his jacket, jumps into the pool, and pulls an unconscious Elaine to the surface. She wakes up and thanks him. Rafael mocks her actions as a pitiful act and orders her to change. Elaine turns to leave, but Edward reaches out and grabs her wrist.

5. EP 5: Deal Accepted

Elaine changes into dry clothes while struggling with the pain of Rafael's mistreatment. Rafael taunts Edward about his feelings for Elaine. He offers the wedding night wager once again. Elaine overhears the men using her as a betting chip. At that moment, she receives a hospital notice that her mother's treatments have stopped because of unpaid bills. Edward spots her distress and formally accepts Rafael's bet.

6. EP 6: A Desperate Call

Edward wins the dice bet against Rafael and walks away. Rafael insists Edward would never touch a woman he has been with. At the hospital, Dr. Smith warns Elaine that her mother's care will end unless she pays two hundred thousand dollars within an hour. Elaine calls her father, but her stepmother refuses to share any money. Desperate for help, Elaine dials Rafael, but Edward answers the phone.

7. EP 7: The Black Card

Elaine begs Rafael for the money, but he refuses and demands she marry him first. The doctor begins removing her mother's oxygen mask. Edward enters the room, hands over a black card, and transfers the mother to a VIP suite with top care. He offers Elaine a job as a jewelry designer. Edward returns to the family mansion that night, where his father Gavin confronts him in the dark.

8. EP 8: Laced Behind the Curtain

Edward warns his father Gavin that harming Elaine will cost him both sons. In the bridal suite, Rafael tells Elaine he will never feel anything for her. Elaine steps behind a curtain and asks for help with her gown. Edward quietly steps in and laces her dress. Elaine hears Rafael calling out from the room. Rafael reaches to pull the curtain open while she hides pressed against Edward.

9. EP 9: The Ring Passes Over

Elaine and Rafael exchange vows at the chapel while Jessica delivers a veiled threat with the rings. In the bridal bedroom, Rafael tries to initiate intimacy, but Jessica calls his phone. Elaine tells him to leave. Outside the mansion, Rafael borrows Edward's car. He pulls off his wedding ring, hands it to Edward, and drives off to meet Jessica. Rafael boasts that Elaine is too obsessed to ever stray.

10. EP 10: The Secret Consummation

Edward puts on the wedding ring, ruffles his hair, and heads up to Elaine's room. Elaine opens the door believing her husband returned. Edward kisses her, reassures her about Jessica, and carries her to the bed. The two become intimate. Downstairs, the real Rafael unexpectedly returns to the mansion. He walks up the staircase and turns the bedroom doorknob while Edward and Elaine are together in bed.
