Episode 5 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Evelyn Confronts Chloe Directly

    The stylist defends her actions to Evelyn, claiming she thought Chloe was the actual daughter. Evelyn steps forward, grabs Chloe's chin, and delivers a stern warning. She orders Chloe never to call her daughter Sonny again.

    Adrian walks through the entrance doors with Nora. Nora wears her rough biker jacket, heavy boots, and displays her visible tattoos openly. The assembled high-society attendees stare at her unusual outfit and begin whispering in shock.

    Evelyn hurries across the room to check on Nora with open warmth. Nora reassures her and calls Evelyn Mom for the very first time. Evelyn reacts with visible emotion as she listens to her daughter speak those words.

    Evelyn leads Nora to the center of the hall and presents her to the crowd, praising her look. An influential male guest notes his son wears Y2K clothes too. Younger attendees gather around Nora with sincere admiration.
