During their wedding vows, Daniel Whitman speaks Vanessa's name while standing beside Emily Chen with lipstick smudges on his cheek. Emily demands answers as Vanessa approaches the altar in a bright red dress. Daniel and his mother, Mrs. Whitman, humiliate Emily in front of the guests. Emily discards her ring and cancels the event. When Daniel shouts that she is unmarriageable, Adrian Shaw opens the doors and volunteers to marry her.

  1. 00:00: A Betrayal at the Altar

    Daniel Whitman stands at the altar with red lipstick marks across his face. During the vows, he addresses Vanessa instead of his bride. A crying Emily confronts Daniel immediately. Vanessa struts down the aisle in a red gown and links arms with him.

  2. 00:26: Emily Cancels the Wedding

    Daniel insults Emily by calling her disgusting, exhausted, and nearly thirty. Mrs. Whitman joins in from the crowd with harsh words against Emily. Emily pulls the wedding ring off her finger, casts it to the floor, and announces that the wedding is officially canceled.

  3. 00:55: An Unexpected Offer of Marriage

    Daniel screams after Emily, warning that she is nothing without his family and that nobody in the city will wed her. The venue doors suddenly swing open. Adrian Shaw steps forward in a yellow shirt and announces he will marry Emily.
