Episode 6 recap

Ian White secretly channels golden energy to collapse a cave pillar and save the patrol. When demonic red-eyed rats attack, a smug soldier shoves Ian forward. Ian fakes terror while emitting a beast shockwave that scares the swarm away. Deeper in the cave, the squad discovers slaughtered guards and retreats. Ian intentionally brings down the tunnel wall to trap himself inside. Alone in the dark, Ian activates his glowing powers to address the hidden beast.

Episode 6 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Pillar Collapse in the Tunnel

    A stone pillar falls to block the threat ahead, which the guards assume is sheer luck. In reality, Ian secretly infused the rock wall with golden energy. On his shoulder, the Little Owl mocks his theatrical performance, prompting Ian to silence it.

  2. 00:26: Ambushed by Demonic Rats

    Demonic red-eyed rats confront the patrol. The smug soldier shoves Ian directly toward the pack. Ian shrieks loudly to pretend he is helpless, but he secretly fires a Beast Speaker shockwave. The beasts scatter immediately while the other guards laugh at him.

  3. 00:53: Trapped by the Cave-In

    The patrol discovers dead guards covered in blood. The guard commander calls for a fast retreat. After the smug soldier pushes Ian aside, Ian pours his energy into the cavern wall. Rocks crash down, separating Ian from the squad and sealing him inside.

  4. 01:07: Confronting the Hidden Beast

    The guard commander yells Ian's name from the opposite side of the rubble. Ian stands up straight and drops his panicked facade. Purple lightning and golden light illuminate his eyes and arm as he prepares to address the beast in the shadows.
