Episode 2 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Mawson's Secret Orders

    Mawson promises Master Thian full support in finding the mysterious beast whisperer. Once Thian departs the council hall, Mawson summons a masked henchman. He orders the operative to push the crisis into the outer districts and keep all noble estates safe.

  2. 00:40: Mocked in the Street

    Ian White walks through the streets of Blackstone City alone. Wealthy nobles pass him by and laugh at him. They openly mock him as a useless spendthrift who wastes his family fortune, but Ian keeps walking without reacting to their taunts.

  3. 00:55: The Wolf Attack

    A red-maned wolf attacks the street and runs toward a child on the ground. Ian's wristlet shows fifteen days left. His eyes flash gold as he mentally orders the beast to flee. The wolf runs away, leaving the city guards completely baffled.

  4. 01:21: Thian Tracks the Ripple

    Thian detects the beast-taming ripple and spots Ian walking toward a building. Inside Ian's collar, the baby owl senses Thian's Saint-tier aura and warns Ian to hide. Thian watches him go inside and doubts a spoiled youth could have produced that energy.

  5. 01:49: Ian's Tavern Act

    Ian steps into the tavern and immediately creates a massive scene. He dumps piles of gold coins onto a table for everyone to see. He loudly shouts for the tavern staff to bring out drinks and summon all of their prettiest women.

How Episode 2 Ends

Ian empties his gold across the tavern table and demands drinks and company, fully playing into his reputation as a useless playboy. Outside, Master Thian wonders if the young heir could truly be connected to the ripple. Will Ian's reckless act successfully fool the Saint-tier master, or will Thian look past the disguise and catch him?
