   Ian White stands on a high cliff overlooking the canyon. He orders his small companion bird to enter the fight. The tiny creature shifts into a towering Golden Crested Basilisk, terrifying both the invading monsters and the human soldiers below.

   The basilisk shifts back into its fluffy chick shape. Ian walks straight toward the beast tide and speaks in ancient beast tongue. He unleashes an energy wave that halts the charging monsters and forces the entire horde to retreat.
