   Daniel Woods stands in a hospital corridor with tears in his eyes. He glares at his wife, Crystal Sutton, and swears her entire family will pay with their lives. He raises his palm to slap her across the face.

2. 00:11: Spilled Soup in the Kitchen

   Two weeks earlier, Daniel cooks chicken soup sent by his mother for pregnant Crystal. Crystal complains about the smell of chicken manure and knocks the boiling bowl over. The hot broth scalds Daniel's hand, and young Lucy rushes to check on him.

3. 00:44: Tragic News at the Door

   Daniel answers a knock at the door and finds his father, soaked from the rain. The old man breaks down in tears. He tells Daniel that his mother's illness worsened and she has just passed away back in their village.

4. 01:31: Shattered Wedding Frame

   Daniel tries to invite his father inside and pack bags for the funeral. Crystal blocks the entryway, calling the old man a filthy beggar who ruined the carpet. She hurls their framed wedding photo to the ground, smashing the glass.
