1. 00:00: A Memory in the Forest

   A flashback opens in the forest where Lyra tends to a wounded white deer. She carefully bandages its injured front leg. Lyra promises the frightened creature that she will not let it die alone in the woods.

2. 00:17: Aster Sacrifices His Energy

   In Lyra's palace bedchamber, Aster appears in human form. He channels glowing magic into her badly broken leg. Aster warns her about lasting damage before running out of power entirely and falling unconscious as a deer beside her bed.

3. 00:36: Eviction from the Chamber

   Lyra wakes up when King Caelan enters her room with Seraphine and palace guards. Caelan coldly declares that the wedding has finished. He demands that Lyra leave her chamber immediately and move into the palace side hall.

4. 01:47: Seraphine Attacks Aster

   Guards clear Lyra's belongings from the bedchamber. Seraphine summons an icy dagger to murder the sleeping deer. Lyra lunges forward and grabs the blade. Seraphine screams in fake fear, and Caelan kicks Lyra violently onto the floor.
