His blood triggers a glowing red barrier that stops the rocket and redirects it at the attacker.

00:00: Rooftop Chase Through the Rain
Luke runs through pouring rain carrying the blonde girl as the villain shoots at them. Lucifer's shadowy form directs Luke across the rooftops toward the museum, warning him that they need to reach their home ground to fight back effectively.
