Astrid wakes on the water at the boundary between life and death. The Norns descend from the sky in starlight. They open a portal to the capital, where Eric weeps before the crowd and swears to stay unmarried. Silas smirks in the background. Astrid screams at the illusion and falls into the water. She vows revenge against them. The Norns offer black magic and a restored body, and Astrid asks for the price.

    Astrid wakes up on the surface of a boundary lake after her murder. She stands up in disbelief. Huge figures made of starlight descend from the sky above her. The Norns appear and address her soul directly.

    The Norns open a swirling vortex to the mortal world. Astrid watches Eric cry before the court, swearing eternal bachelorhood in her honor. Silas smirks behind him. Astrid curses their lies and dashes toward the vision, plunging into the water.

  3. 01:17 - 01:46: A Bargain for Dark Sorcery

    Astrid rises and vows to strip the skin and bones from her killers. The Norns offer to reverse fate. They promise to reshape her flesh and give her mind-bending black magic. Astrid looks up and asks what the bargain will cost her.
