Kalen bids farewell to Silas at the Northern Pass before departing toward the southern realm. Out in the snowy wilderness, a massive horned demon ambushes him. Kalen strikes with his war hammer and summons six angel-topped pillars, locking the beast inside a blazing inferno. His golden eyes shine as the roaring creature turns to ash after issuing a dire warning. With the seal fading into the earth, Kalen carries his weapon into the deep mist.

Episode 2 Scene by Scene

00:00: Farewell at the Northern Pass
Kalen bows before his master Silas at the gates of the Northern Pass. He offers parting words and asks his teacher to stay safe. Silas watches Kalen turn south, standing alone with pride as his apprentice walks away.
00:19: The Fiery Angel Pillars
A giant horned demon attacks Kalen in the snowy wilderness. Kalen leaps out of the blizzard and swings his war hammer. Six towering pillars topped with angels erupt from the ground, trapping the beast inside a ring of fire.
00:54: The Horned Demon Burns
Kalen stands quietly with glowing golden eyes as the blazing cage scorches the monster. The demon screams in agony and yells threats about worse beasts on the way. Kalen dismisses the creature's shouts, and the demon dissolves into ash.
01:46: Walking into the Mist
The magical seal sinks down into the frozen soil and vanishes. Kalen lifts his heavy war hammer over his shoulder. He leaves the scorched clearing behind and marches out across the foggy plain without looking back at the battle site.
