   The five beastkin sons kneel together on the bedroom carpet. The unicorn-horned son holds up a barbed metal whip to Valerius and begs for mercy before their daily morning flogging begins. Valerius stands above them in silence.

2. 00:18: Memories of the Comic

   Valerius remembers the original webcomic storyline. He visualizes the horrific abuse the villain inflicted on the five boys, including relentless whippings, forced starvation, solitary imprisonment, and orchestrating cruel fights among the brothers.

3. 00:48: A New Kind of Treatment

   Valerius states that the mistreatment stops right now. Gray questions his sincerity and assumes another punishment awaits them. To keep up appearances, Valerius tells them he planned a harsher torment, then demands healing salve from his butler using a magic mirror.

4. 01:46: Niles Collapses at the Door

   Valerius tells the stepsons they are dismissed. As the group turns and walks toward the bedroom doorway, Niles suddenly grabs his chest and drops straight to the floor, leaving Valerius watching him in alarm.
