Alexander's Agent hands Alexander Vaughn an investigation report identifying Lila Cobb. Looking at her photo, Alexander connects her to the beer vendor from eight months prior and realizes her infant is his child. He excitedly informs Taylor Vaughn before leaving for the hospital. Meanwhile, Lila wakes up connected to an IV and struggles out of bed for formula. In the hospital hallway, Alexander shuts down his agent's career warnings and locks eyes with Lila.
