Edith offers Sue $100,000 to sign away custody of her unborn child, but Sue refuses and announces she will divorce Gabriel. Gabriel grabs Sue, chokes her, pulls her hair, and kicks her into a coffee table. Sue falls unconscious with a bleeding head wound. Gabriel panics, thinking she died. Evelyn arrives, slaps Gabriel, and tells him to dump Sue in the hills. Gabriel drags Sue out toward the rain by her ankles.

Episode 3 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Edith Demands Custody of the Baby

    Edith presents supplemental terms to Sue in the living room, offering $100,000 for custody of the unborn baby. Sue rejects the money outright. She states that the baby belongs to her and announces she is divorcing Gabriel immediately.

  2. 00:41: Gabriel Attacks Sue by the Table

    Gabriel cuts Sue off before she can leave. He violently strangles her, pulls her hair, and kicks her into the coffee table. Sue collapses on the floor with severe head trauma, lying motionless in a pool of blood.

  3. 01:15: Evelyn Slaps a Panicking Gabriel

    Gabriel inspects Sue and panics because he believes she is dead. Evelyn walks into the living room and finds him losing control. She strikes Gabriel across the face to stop his panic and make him focus on the situation.

  4. 01:51: Disposing of Sue in the Storm

    Edith calls Sue a worthless orphan whose life does not matter. Evelyn instructs Gabriel to take Sue to the back hills during the storm. Gabriel takes Sue by both ankles and drags her limp body across the floor.
