Alma Jiménez finds her wallet empty at home. She confronts Verónica and Tomás, who spent her tip money on a PlayStation and ridiculed her ballet goals. Needing cash, Alma visits a VIP club to look for work. Inside, Diego Montero rejects three dancers presented by Mateo and leaves. Outside, the bouncer shoves Alma down. Diego confronts the guard and offers Alma his hand.

Episode 4 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Living Room Confrontation

    Alma checks her empty wallet and confronts Tomás and Verónica. Tomás admits he bought a PlayStation using her school tip money. Verónica scoffs at her ambitions and tells her that girls like her will never become ballerinas.

  2. 00:37: Rejection in the VIP Lounge

    Mateo brings three dancers into the VIP lounge for Diego Montero to evaluate. Diego remains bored and unimpressed with the lineup. When one of the women touches his hand without permission, he pulls away and walks out of the private area.

  3. 01:15: Encounter at the VIP Entrance

    Alma walks up to the VIP entrance to ask for a job. The bouncer turns violent and shoves her onto the floor. Diego Montero steps out into the hallway, challenges the bouncer's behavior, and reaches down to help Alma stand up.
