A Surprise Pregnancy: Recap by Episode

EP 1: A Twin Revelation
At Clínica San Rafael, Dra. Elena Ortiz reveals to Alma Jiménez that she is expecting twins. The news triggers memories of a passionate encounter from two months earlier. That day, Alma's transit card declined, prompting classmates Barbara, Juana, and Paola to scatter her coins. The driver dumped her into the mud. Soaked and broke, Alma called home only to discover her bank balance was entirely gone.
EP 2: Slipping on the Studio Floor
Alma rushes late into her dance academy class. Wealthy patron Diego Montero visits the facility alongside his assistant Mateo and the director. Diego stops by the studio window, utterly captivated by Alma's routine. Spiteful over his focused attention, a blonde classmate kicks over a water bottle across the floorboards. Alma pirouettes straight toward the spill, and Diego bolts into the room to prevent her fall.
EP 3: Stolen Ambitions
Diego guarantees a generous donation to the dance academy while his mother calls, demanding an heir before he loses his inheritance. Meanwhile, Alma's instructor warns that her tuition card bounced three times. She must provide a $5,500 deposit by Monday. Alma rushes home to retrieve her emergency cash. She finds an empty jewelry box and confronts her adoptive mother Verónica and brother Tomás over the theft.
EP 4: Cast Out in the Cold
Alma confronts her family over her missing earnings. Her brother proudly reveals he bought a PlayStation with her tuition money, and her mother mocks her artistic dreams. Desperate for quick work, Alma heads to a VIP club lounge. A security guard rudely shoves her to the floor at the door. Mr. Montero steps forward, scolds the bouncer for his cruelty, and reaches down to help her up.
EP 5: Guest of Honor
Mr. Montero forces the bouncer to apologize, publicly claiming the young woman is his guest of honor. His blonde associate watches with curiosity and notes that she looks familiar. Seeking honest work, she slips into the venue's bar to request an interview with the hiring manager. She freezes when she notices the wealthy patron has followed her inside.
EP 6: Crossing Paths
At the clinic, a doctor informs the heroine that she is nearly five weeks pregnant from a single encounter. Stunned and penniless, she walks through the hospital corridor clutching her paperwork. High-powered executive Ethan strides through the VIP lobby with security guards and his assistant. The young woman accidentally drops her medical report directly in his path, making him turn his gaze toward her.
EP 7: The Setup
A blond associate secretly drops an unknown substance into a glass of whiskey at the bar. He carries the drinks to Alma and Mr. Montero to toast the donation to her dance academy. Montero drinks, begins sweating profusely, and collapses onto the couch. The associate carries the unconscious benefactor into a private hotel room, dumps him onto the bed, and tells a stunned Alma he is all hers.
