Summary

The Rejected Lycan Queen Returns: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: A Secret Sacrifice

King Michael and Queen Rebecca sacrifice their wolf spirits to stop invading monsters. Their daughter Selena refuses the crown, seals her wolf spirit in a glass bottle, and appoints Ragnar as the new king. Four years later, Selena is pregnant and lives as Damon's Luna. After she fixes the pack barrier, Damon returns home and introduces his old lover Vera as his true love.

2. EP 2: The Stolen Crown

Damon tells Selena his heart belongs solely to Vera. His brother Alaric demands that Selena surrender the Luna title. When Selena refuses to remove Vera's boots, Damon's mother slaps her to the ground. Damon unpacks a golden crown Selena has searched for over years. Vera admires the relic, so Damon places it onto Vera's head while Selena weeps.

3. EP 3: Summoned to the Border

Vera drops the golden crown on the floor and breaks it into pieces. Damon's mother grinds her heel into Selena's hand, and Damon forces his pregnant wife to kneel without dinner. Later, Selena projects into Ragnar's mental realm. Ragnar confirms her parents' ashes were recovered. Selena tells the dining table that all pack Alphas must attend, admitting her parents were the Lycan monarchs.

4. EP 4: Betrayal in the Bedroom

The family laughs at Selena's royal claims, but Damon promises to accompany her to the memorial. On the day of the ceremony, Selena waits alone in the cold. Damon ignores her calls. Selena uses Lycan mind-linking to view the master bedroom. She watches Damon sleep with Vera beneath their wedding portrait while Damon calls his pregnant wife a mere babysitter.

5. EP 5: The Three Alphas Kneel

Selena meets Ragnar at the altar and confesses she picked the wrong man. Ragnar returns her bottled wolf spirit. Alphas Kael, Xavier, and Laurent arrive and drop to one knee before Princess Selena. She receives the urn containing her parents' remains. After the ritual, Selena sits weeping in the rain. A massive black wolf approaches and inspects her scent.

6. EP 6: A Ride on an Ice Dragon

The black wolf shifts into Alpha Kael. He catches Selena's falling tear, turning it into a gem. Kael summons a winged ice dragon to carry them across the clouds to Damon's estate. At the front gates, Kael hands Selena photos proving Damon's affair. Selena defensively rejects the envelope, and Kael later picks up the broken crown box from the grass.

7. EP 7: The Urn in Danger

Damon and Vera lounge together in the mansion while Damon's mother urges him to claim Vera as his true mate. Selena enters soaked from the rain, holding the urn. She confronts Damon for skipping the ceremony to stay with his mistress. Damon's mother slaps Selena, knocks her to the floor, and raises the urn to smash it.

8. EP 8: Ashes on the Floor

Emily hurls the urn to the floor and chokes Selena. Vera steps on the spilled ashes and grinds her boot against Selena's stomach. Emily casts a water spell, turning the sacred remains into mud. Selena crawls through the sludge while Alaric forces her face down. Vera then spots a torn photograph from the debris and recognizes the Lycan King and Queen.

9. EP 9: Awakening of the White Wolf

The family refuses to believe Selena is royal and dismisses the photograph. Alaric kicks Selena, sending her sealed spirit bottle across the tiles. Alaric tries to force Selena into becoming his bed warmer with Damon's consent. Selena fights her way to the bottle and pulls the cork. A giant white wolf spirit erupts and fuses into her, restoring her golden Lycan eyes.
