In a flashforward, a bloody Eric Tully holds an ice axe and charges at a masked killer called The Ice Man. Eight hours earlier, Resident Advisor Alan gathers stranded students in the common room. Alan forbids anyone from stepping into the severe blizzard outside. Kurt Hoffmann mocks Eric after Eric asks about emergencies. Upset, Eric walks to the window. Outside in the snow, a hooded, masked figure stands still and stares back at him.

00:00: Flashforward in the Courtyard
A bloodied Eric Tully grips an ice axe in the dark courtyard. He confronts the hooded Ice Man in the blizzard. Eric blames himself for the death on campus. Both raise their weapons and sprint toward each other.
00:19: Alan Locks Down the Dorm
Eight hours earlier, Alan gathers stranded students in the lounge. He quiets Tim and orders everyone to stay inside during the worsening blizzard. When Eric asks about emergency situations, Alan and Kurt Hoffmann insult him in front of Ava Goode.
01:32: A Figure in the Snow
Annoyed by Kurt and Ava, Eric walks away from the meeting and looks through the lounge window. The blizzard falls hard across campus. Through the blowing snow, Eric spots a hooded, masked person standing completely motionless outside.
