   The miniature winged skater hovers over the ice rink and speaks to Jade Winslow. She explains that she is Jade's past self from an alternate universe. She offers to speed up Jade's weight loss with magic while Jade handles the physical workouts.

2. 00:32: Jade Drafts Her Regimen

   Jade sits at her desk at home with an open notebook. She writes out a demanding daily routine of cardio and figure skating drills. She pledges to push through the pain and make Sabrina Winslow and Garrett Hayes regret their mistreatment.

3. 00:54: Solo Practice On The Ice

   Jade returns to the empty ice rink to begin her training drills. Her pink athletic suit tears along the seam as she moves. She swaps it for a plain black skating leotard, ties her skates tightly, and resumes her balance exercises alone.

4. 01:16: Ambushed During Morning Stretches

   A man covered in tattoos approaches Jade while her leg rests on the rink barrier. He gropes her without warning. Jade drives her fist into his jaw. The man's companions jump in, hold Jade down, and rip open her black training leotard.

5. 01:48: Sabrina Records The Staged Attack

   Sabrina Winslow walks into the arena while a friend records the scene on a phone. Sabrina stands over Jade, calling her shameless and dirty. She warns Jade that this video will be sent directly to Garrett Hayes and spread to everyone at school.

6. 02:24: Garrett Chooses The Wrong Victim

   Garrett Hayes rushes into the rink shouting at the commotion. Sabrina immediately drops to the ground and tears the fabric of her own dress. Garrett charges straight past his bruised, half-dressed girlfriend to lift Sabrina from the ice and cradle her tightly.
