My Hockey Ex Regrets After I slimmed Down: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: Reborn on the Ice

Jade wins an Olympic gold medal, but a sniper shoots her on the ice. She wakes up at nineteen in her 250-pound body. Sabrina corners her in the restroom with two minions. Sabrina knocks her down and steps on her face with a high heel. Jade remembers past betrayals by Garrett and Sabrina. She grabs Sabrina by the ankle, rises up, and slaps her face.

2. EP 2: A Slap in the Hallway

Jade fights off Avery and Zoe with a high heel in the locker room. When Avery dumps her clothes, Jade walks into the hallway in her underwear. Garrett hands her his jacket, yet he demands she apologize to Sabrina. Jade slaps Sabrina again. Garrett drags Jade away and insults her weight. Alone on the rink, Jade watches a magical skating fairy emerge from the ice.

3. EP 3: Ambush at the Rink

The fairy reveals she is Jade's past self sent to speed up her weight loss. Jade drafts an intense workout schedule and starts skating. While Jade stretches, a tattooed thug grabs her. She punches him, and his friends rip her leotard. Sabrina films the attack and fakes a fall. Garrett rushes inside. He runs straight past Jade and wraps his arms around Sabrina.

4. EP 4: Public Humiliation

Sabrina weeps in Garrett's arms, claiming Jade hired the thug to tear her clothes. The harasser lies and says Jade seduced him. Garrett and the crowd mock Jade, laughing at the idea of anyone harassing her. Sabrina skates close and whispers a vulgar insult about Jade's size into her ear. Jade snaps. She slaps Sabrina flat onto the ice.

5. EP 5: The Championship Bet

Garrett helps Sabrina up and orders Jade to apologize. Jade refuses and promises everyone will regret their cruelty. Garrett breaks up with Jade on the spot. Sabrina's friend brags that Sabrina will win gold at Nationals. Jade reminds the crowd that qualifiers have not begun yet. She challenges Sabrina to a direct bet where whoever wins the medal takes everything.

6. EP 6: Stakes on the Ice

Spectators taunt Jade over her broken costume. Sabrina tells Jade she has no chance on the ice. She offers a bet: if Jade loses, she must skate naked around the rink and call herself the fat pig Garrett dumped. Jade accepts the wager on one condition. If Sabrina loses, Sabrina must skate naked instead. Sabrina accepts the terms.

7. EP 7: Sabotage in the Gym

Garrett corners Jade on a gym treadmill, admitting he only dated her to get close to Sabrina. He calls her a pig and maliciously tampers with the machine. Jade falls hard to the floor, but her ankle guard saves her from serious injury. She retreats to train in private, drinking smoothies and pushing through ice drills until she successfully slims down.

8. EP 8: The Scout's Verdict

Sabrina finishes her skating routine at the qualifiers. Garrett waits with roses to confess his love, while judges award Sabrina perfect tens. Upper VIP spectator Julian Brooks scoffs at her performance, pointing out her unstable core and lack of triple jumps. Julian prepares to leave the arena. The announcer suddenly calls the final skater, Jade Winslow. The entire arena freezes.

9. EP 9: A Stunning Entrance

Garrett promises to propose to Sabrina on his knees once she secures gold. Sabrina plays a fake video on the arena screen showing an overweight Jade begging for forgiveness. The judge counts down ten seconds before Jade forfeits. Jade interrupts over the arena audio system and exposes Sabrina's deception. She glides onto the ice looking slim and poised in a black skating dress.

10. EP 10: The Unveiling

Jade takes the center ice in her black swan costume. Garrett watches in disbelief. He notices the resemblance but tells his friends that his ex-girlfriend is just a fat pig. Julian Brooks praises Jade's elite aura and calls her a prodigy. Sabrina rushes to the rink barrier with her followers to demand security remove her. Jade glides over and reveals her true identity.
