Riley ignores Vanessa's complaints and asks directly for the compensation figure. Adrian states that his warmblood horse cost six hundred thousand dollars. Riley tells him to name the price. Vanessa steps forward and demands ten million dollars for supposed potential damages. Adrian questions the absurd amount, but Vanessa insists Riley must pay it. To the shock of the entire crowd, Riley remains calm and agrees to pay the full ten million dollars.
