Episode 8 recap

Victor takes control of the Aegis boardroom and tells the executives to sit. Isabella sits frozen on the floor until Serena orders her to leave. Downstairs in the lobby, a blonde young man asks Isabella about saving Vance Dynamics. Isabella tells him that Victor owns Aegis. The man persuades her that the meeting was an act set up by Serena. Isabella decides Victor is only a kept man and vows revenge.

Episode 8 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Dismissed from the Boardroom

    Victor takes charge of the boardroom and instructs the attending executives to take their seats. Isabella remains collapsed on the floor in front of them. Serena tells Isabella that Victor's time is valuable and orders her to leave with her belongings.

  2. 00:43: Meeting in the Lobby

    Isabella walks into the office building lobby after leaving the boardroom. A blonde young man runs over to her and asks if Aegis agreed to help save their company. Isabella tells him that Victor is the true owner of Aegis.

  3. 01:02: Concocting a New Lie

    The blonde companion tells Isabella that Serena orchestrated the boardroom display. He claims Victor is Serena's kept man using Aegis to punish Isabella for divorcing him. Isabella accepts his explanation and angrily swears she will stop Victor from succeeding.
