1. 00:00: Cornered in the Muddy Alley

   Kyle flees through the mud holding medicine, but slips. A thug pins Kyle by stepping on his chest and mocks his visible scales. The other thug crushes the glass bottle. Kyle threatens them, so the thug smashes his head into a wall.

2. 00:35: Arthur Pleads for Kyle

   Coughing and leaning on a walking stick, Arthur begs the thugs to spare his boy. He promises they will leave town that night. The lead bully threatens to rip Kyle's scales off before both thugs walk off laughing.

3. 01:02: A Dangerous Hidden Power

   Kyle stands up, angry that Arthur begged. Arthur touches Kyle's face and warns him that the Inquisition hunts people with his power. Arthur urges him to come home, while Kyle secretly vows to get money for the medicine at any cost.
