Episode 7 recap

Two of Nora's children talk while walking down the street and dismiss Adrian as an unfit father. Nearby, Eleanor Sterling travels in her Rolls-Royce to look into Leo's mother herself. A man suddenly throws his body in front of the vehicle and claims an injury. Eleanor steps out into a crowd. Nora's daughter offers to take photos with his phone, only to grab it with her brother and dash away. The man jumps up and chases them, ruining his scheme.

Episode 7 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Kids Discuss Their Father

    Nora's son and daughter stroll along the city sidewalk together. They complain about Adrian trying to find a stepmother for Leo. After talking over his behavior, both children decide he is completely unfit to be their dad.

  2. 00:08: A Staged Car Accident

    Eleanor Sterling sits in the back of her Rolls-Royce, riding through the city. She resolves to find Leo's mother on her own. Suddenly, a pedestrian throws his body directly in front of the vehicle, claiming his leg is broken.

  3. 00:21: A Familiar Face in the Crowd

    Eleanor gets out of her car as onlookers gather around the shouting man. Nora's two children step forward and accuse Eleanor of bullying the pedestrian. Eleanor stares closely at the boy, realizing he looks identical to young Adrian.

  4. 00:39: Tricking the Scammer

    Nora's daughter approaches the man on the pavement and offers to photograph the scene using his phone. The scammer readily passes the device to her. The two children snatch the phone and immediately bolt down the sidewalk together.

  5. 00:50: The Fake Injury Exposed

    Desperate to recover his stolen phone, the man instantly jumps to his feet without any sign of pain. He sprints down the sidewalk after the children, completely exposing his claim of having a broken leg to the watching crowd.

The scammer dashes down the sidewalk at top speed to catch the fleeing children. Looking over his shoulder, the boy mocks the man for lying about having a broken leg. With the scam now busted in broad daylight, will Eleanor connect this lookalike boy to Adrian before the kids vanish into the crowd?
