Episode 2 recap

Salvatore enters Chiara's bedroom and accuses her of causing trouble with Dante again. Chiara counters by presenting a family photo and states she knows about his secret affair and illegitimate child. Salvatore admits it, commands her to treat Isabella as her sister, and violently slaps her when she says no. Chiara packs her passport, walks away from the estate, files exit papers at immigration, and drives toward the mistress's home.

Episode 2 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Salvatore Confronts Chiara in Her Room

    Salvatore comes into the bedroom, assuming Chiara picked another fight with Dante. Instead of defending herself, Chiara presents an old family photograph. She directly confronts her father about his secret affair and the hidden daughter he fathered outside their marriage.

  2. 01:00: A Violent Slap from Salvatore

    Salvatore stops denying the affair. He orders Chiara to accept Isabella into the family as her sister. Chiara refuses his demand immediately. Enraged by her defiance, Salvatore strikes her violently across the face and storms out of the bedroom.

  3. 01:21: Chiara Leaves the Vitale Mansion

    Chiara decides to abandon Dante and Isabella entirely to gain her own freedom. She takes off her formal wear, puts on casual clothes, and grabs her handbag and passport. Without saying another word, she walks out of the family estate.

  4. 01:37: Driving to the Mistress's House

    Chiara arrives at the immigration office to turn in her documents so she can leave the country. Afterward, she steps into her sports car. Guided by memories from her past life, she drives straight toward the home of her father's mistress.
