Episode 2 recap

Brian leaves Rachel trapped under building rubble and flies away with Chloe. Jackson Reed arrives just before the ceiling collapses and rescues Rachel. At the hospital, the doctor treats Rachel for multiple fractures. Brian carries a slightly scratched Chloe past Rachel in the corridor, ignoring his wife completely. Dr. Zoe Chen finds Rachel on the floor. In response, Rachel chooses to enter the Dawn Project as the first female superhero.

Episode 2 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Rescue Beneath the Falling Debris

    Brian leaves Rachel pinned beneath heavy debris and flies off holding Chloe. The ceiling collapses overhead, but Jackson Reed rushes in just in time. Jackson pulls Rachel free from the crumbling ruins and carries her away to safety.

  2. 00:27: Waking Up in Trauma Three

    An emergency doctor tells Rachel she suffered multiple broken bones and Nova Man saved her legs. Hearing a loud pack of reporters surrounding Brian outside, Rachel drags herself out of bed despite intense pain to look for her husband.

  3. 01:18: Ignored in the Hospital Hallway

    Brian steps before flashing cameras while carrying Chloe, who has only minor scratches. He lavishes attention on the pop star for the press. Rachel collapses onto the floor right in front of him, but Brian walks past without looking at her.

  4. 02:18: A Decision in the Corner

    Dr. Zoe Chen rushes over to support Rachel as she sits slumped against the wall. Zoe expresses remorse and suggests applying for regenerative serum. Rachel refuses that path and resolves instead to join the experimental female superhero transformation project.
