   Paige Carter watches Talia drill routines across the gym floor. Paige notes that her pulse stays steady beside Vera Monroe. She clarifies that she does not like Vera romantically, but she offers praise for Vera's musical skills instead.

3. 02:23: An Interrupted Conversation

   Talia walks over to the bleachers and tells Vera Monroe that the coach is calling for her. Before stepping away, Vera extends an open invitation for Paige Carter to come check out the school music club.
