Episode 2 recap: The First Lie

Elena hurries down the hallway and watches Adrian through his office door. She sees him smile warmly at a young intern who struggles to reach a high shelf. Adrian promises the girl a full-time job and company housing in a Willow Street brownstone. Seconds later, Adrian texts Elena claiming he just sold that exact brownstone. Elena stands outside and weeps over his blatant lie.
