Episode 6 recap

Dragon King Aurelius reprimands the injured Lucien, calling his attack against Alaric an act of treason. Lucien replies by reminding his father of years of unfair treatment and his fractured bone. Aurelius prepares a deadly glowing orb to strike him, but Seraphina Veyra blocks it with her white serpent tail. She promises that her parents will declare war if she dies. Seraphina yields the cavern, then retreats with Lucien on her back.

Episode 6 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Aurelius Accuses Lucien of Treason

    Dragon King Aurelius confronts Lucien inside Moonwell Cavern. He scolds his bleeding son for attempting to murder Alaric and calls the act treason. Lucien speaks up bitterly, challenging Aurelius over years of parental neglect and his broken dragon bone.

  2. 00:59: Seraphina Shields Her Wounded Husband

    Aurelius summons a lethal sphere of light to destroy Lucien. Seraphina Veyra instantly charges forward and wraps her white serpent tail around Lucien. She warns Aurelius that slaying her will push the Serpent Kingdom into an all-out war against dragonkind.

  3. 01:56: Yielding the Cavern to Alaric

    Seraphina de-escalates the standoff by telling Lucien they will hand Moonwell Cavern over to Alaric. Aurelius responds by waving his hand to blast the pair outside. Seraphina loads the badly wounded, bleeding prince onto her back and flees.

Aurelius blasts Lucien and Seraphina out of Moonwell Cavern after they concede the territory to Alaric. Seraphina carries her bleeding, barely conscious husband away on her serpent back into the unknown. Will Lucien survive his severe injuries now that they have lost their assigned cultivation grounds, or will the dragon court hunt them down?
