    The horse race finishes with an unexpected outcome. Helena's underdog picks cross the finish line in the exact order of seven, four, eight, and six. The sudden victory leaves both Helena and Chairman Carlos stunned by the result.

  4. 02:02: Carlos Demands a Private Meeting

    Cole asks Chairman Carlos to hand over the racetrack license. Carlos refuses to sign the document unless Helena grants him a private conversation. Carlos then instructs his men to grab Helena right in front of Cole.
