   Ella touches her stomach joyfully on a forest road, glad to start a family. Kane Hill passes by in a car with his driver. He notices the crescent moon mark on her neck and recognizes the lost royal daughter.

2. 00:32: Pregnancy News at the Clinic

   Dr. Park confirms Ella is pregnant with Alpha Holden's baby. Ella weeps with joy at the diagnosis. She stops Dr. Park from phoning Holden about the pregnancy because she remembers his past words and wants to surprise him personally.

3. 01:02: Holden Brings Ivy Inside

   Holden hurries into the corridor carrying Ivy in his arms. He places her gently into a wheelchair. Ella watches them from a doorway and cries. Ivy smiles faintly and asks Holden to look closely at her face.

4. 01:46: Ella Collapses in the Hallway

   Ella stands in grief after seeing Holden treat Ivy with tenderness. She decides their marriage was an error and drops down onto the hallway tiles. A nurse notices her fall, alerting Holden and Ivy in the process.
