Episode 8 recap

A white delivery truck pulls into the Rust Belt carrying fresh produce. Aurora distributes vegetables to cheering neighbors, and Frank comes outside to assist. Moments later, Juliana arrives in a black limousine with two bodyguards. She steps into the mud and insults Aurora, kicking a basket of carrots onto the ground. Juliana rants that Aurora stole her life. In response, a neighbor woman in an apron empties a basin of dirty wastewater over Juliana.

Episode 8 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Fresh Vegetables for the Alley

    A white truck packed with fresh vegetables pulls into the street. Cheering residents gather around as Aurora hands out the food. Frank walks out of his house to join the crowd and help Aurora pass the produce out to everyone.

  2. 01:10: Juliana Steps into the Mud

    A sleek black limousine drives into the Rust Belt street and stops. Two bodyguards step out alongside Juliana. Juliana exits the vehicle and lands directly in the wet mud, glaring at the dilapidated street and the working residents around her.

  3. 01:29: Juliana Kicks the Produce

    Juliana walks over to the distribution table and confronts Aurora. She ridicules Aurora for staying in the slums and kicks a basket full of carrots across the ground. She claims Aurora took her life, but Aurora answers her with calm words.

  4. 02:37: A Basin of Dirty Water

    Juliana continues shouting insults at Aurora on the muddy street. Suddenly, a neighbor woman wearing an apron steps forward with a full basin. She throws the dirty wastewater directly onto Juliana, soaking Juliana and her clothes completely.

Will Juliana retreat back to her limousine, or will her bodyguards retaliate against Aurora and the neighborhood residents for the humiliation?
