Episode 8 Scene by Scene

1. 00:00: Armed Entrance at the Ballroom

   A chandelier falls and crashes against the ground in the entrance hall. Armed with a gun, Kael Rizzo walks through the doors. He shouts a lethal threat across the room, telling everyone never to touch Seren Voss again.

2. 00:10: Checking on Seren

   Kael immediately runs over to Seren's side on the ballroom floor. He looks at the fresh bruises across her arm and notices the blood on her lip. The sight of her injuries fills him with sudden fury.

3. 00:16: Kael Attacks Julian

   Kael stands up and aims his gun at Seren's relatives, demanding to know who harmed her. When Julian speaks up and shouts warnings at him, Kael punches him, kicks him to the floor, and pins him with the gun.

4. 00:33: Carrying Seren Away

   Kael puts away his gun and gathers Seren up into his arms. He commands his bodyguard to deal with the remaining mess. While carrying Seren out of the room, he speaks gentle words to comfort her.
