Episode 6 recap: Blood on Parchment
Pirates raid the city streets until King Sigmund arrives on horseback to push Caliban's forces back. Left with ruined homes and starving survivors, the king bites his own finger. He writes an urgent plea in blood across a scroll and drops it into the flames of the bowl. In her modern bedroom, Trisha wakes up to billowing smoke, pours water to quench the fire, and pulls out the bloodstained message.
