Savannah cries at her dying mother's hospital bedside and calls Beau Beaumont for a promised transplant. Her call goes to voicemail, and Beau texts her to learn obedience before coming to him. Her mother dies. Later, after seeing Beau on television with the singer Cassidy, Savannah meets Beau at a law office. Beau tosses divorce papers across the table. Savannah immediately signs them, listens to Beau complain about Cassidy, and recalls finding Cassidy's pictures at home.

Episode 1 Scene by Scene

  1. 00:00: Death at the Bedside

    Savannah cries by her dying mother's hospital bed. She dials Beau Beaumont to ask for the transplant he promised. Her call goes straight to voicemail. Beau sends a spiteful text telling her to obey him, and Savannah's mother passes away.

  2. 00:16: Signing the Divorce Papers

    Savannah spots Beau on television alongside his mistress Cassidy. She goes to a law office to meet Beau. Beau smokes a cigar and casually tosses divorce papers across the table. Savannah signs the documents right away and hands them to the lawyer.

  3. 00:46: A Warning About Cassidy

    Beau complains that Savannah keeps distracting Cassidy during album preparations. Savannah quietly tells him it will not happen again. Beau straightens his tie and tells Savannah that her departure is what is best for the Beaumont family.

  4. 01:30: Cassidy's Photo in the Study

    A flashback shows Savannah looking at a provocative selfie Cassidy sent while wearing Beau's shirt in his study. Beau suddenly walks into the room. He aggressively confronts Savannah for looking at other people's private photos.
