Aria Stirling corners a rogue werewolf on a cliff and subdues him with her giant golden wolf spirit. Her guards chain the rogue. Lord Augustus tells Aria her three years of training are complete and she must claim the Alpha Sigil. Aria plans to surprise her mother, Eleanor, at her birthday feast. Near the pack gates, Aria sees a crystal broadcast of Derek attacking a collared woman, horrified to discover the victim is Eleanor.

00:00: Rogue Wolf on the Cliffside
A rogue werewolf runs toward a forest cliff and tries to attack Aria Stirling. Aria summons a giant golden wolf spirit to strike him down. Her guards then step forward and secure the rogue in chains.
00:35: Lord Augustus Concludes the Training
Lord Augustus meets Aria on the forest trail after three years of secret instruction. He tells her she is ready to claim the Alpha Sigil and lead. Aria decides to surprise everyone at Eleanor's upcoming birthday banquet.
01:05: The Scrying Crystal Broadcast
Aria arrives outside the pack territory gates and watches a public crystal broadcast. Derek threatens a collared woman who is labeled a mistress. Aria looks closer and sees that the beaten woman on the ground is Eleanor.
