Summary

Wolfless Luna's Royal Return: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: A Bowl of Magic Soup

Aria runs a magical soup stall in the fantasy night market with her daughter Lily. Because Aria is wolfless, she cannot enter the Capital. A hungry wolf cub hides behind barrels near the stall. Aria feeds him a warm bowl, earning his immediate affection. Noblewoman Helena suddenly arrives with enforcers and orders them to smash Aria's stall.

2. EP 2: The Little Matchmaker

Aria's aunt and Marcus demand she take back Gavin before the Wolf Court deadline. Aria refuses to reconcile with an unfaithful partner. Leo appears in human form and suggests his single dad marry Aria instead. When Aria pats him, Leo's magical pendant glows. Leo runs into the dark forest and asks his father Silas if he wants a mate.

3. EP 3: A Calmed Bloodline

Leo begs Silas to take Aria as his Luna, explaining she pacified his bloodline rage. Silas inspects Leo's forehead mark and is shocked to see the rage truly stabilized. Even the high priest failed to cure him. Silas sends Leo into the carriage anyway. Across town, Aria comforts Lily among her shattered stall, wondering if the cub returned home safely.

4. EP 4: The Moon Goddess Curse

Silas attends to royal business and rejects an arranged marriage portrait. Leo begs him to take Aria as a new mother. Silas explains he carries a curse from the Moon Goddess that brings ruin to anyone near him. Leo shifts into cub form and reveals Aria cured his pain with a single touch. Silas finally agrees to meet her the following day.

5. EP 5: Severing the Mate Bond

At the temple, Aria formally requests to sever her bond with Gavin. Gavin arrives with his mistress Victoria and claims it was a drunken mistake, but Aria exposes his greed. The priest uses the Contract Stone to dissolve their bond. Gavin warns she will regret it. Watching from the balcony, Silas commands his attendant to investigate Aria's entire background by tonight.

6. EP 6: Gavin's Scheme

Silas advises Leo to stay patient while the royal aide investigates Aria. In the courtyard, Gavin withholds Lily's allowance and transfers an 8,000 shifting-gold bank debt onto Aria. Aria walks away to start her food stall anew. Gavin tells Victoria he still loves Aria. He plans to ruin her new business so she will crawl back on her knees.

7. EP 7: Banished from the Market

Market officers evict Aria because she lacks a wolf form. Other vendors refuse to rent space after Gavin threatens to banish anyone who assists her. Aria confronts Gavin via magic orb. Meanwhile, Silas receives a report exposing Gavin's sabotage and burns the scroll in anger. Leo hugs his father's legs, begging him to step in before Gavin takes Aria away.

8. EP 8: Smashed Stew and an Imposing Visitor

Gavin demands Aria beg for permission to sell food, but she defiantly cuts him off. She sets up a roadside table to sell mystic stew with Lily. A wolf guard accosts her and kicks the table over. Her pots shatter across the pavement. While cleaning the shards, Aria cuts her hand. She looks up to find an elegant nobleman standing over her.

9. EP 9: A Royal Proposal

Silas bandages Aria's wounded hand while Leo introduces Lily to the idea of sharing a father. Silas asks Aria to become his mate and offers to clear her debts. Aria declines, explaining she needs to focus on her business and Lily. Silas explains Leo has never accepted anyone else since his mother passed away. Leo pleads with Aria to say yes.

10. EP 10: An Unexpected House Guest

Silas gives Aria his personal communication stone so she can contact him without pressure. Unhappy that Silas left without them, Leo runs off toward Aria's home. At the cottage, Lily tells Aria that wherever her mother is is home. Their moment is interrupted when Leo bursts through the door, announcing he came over to play with Lily.

11. EP 11: Intruders in the Cottage

Silas sends a message asking Aria to watch Leo until evening. Meanwhile, Aria's relatives contact Gavin, offering to kidnap Lily in exchange for a trade deal. Aria walks home from the market with the children, planning to cook dinner. She unlocks her door and finds her hostile relatives waiting inside. Leo sprouts ears and a tail to shield the girls.

12. EP 12: Leo's Desperate Summons

Marcus and his mother demand Lily. Aria refuses to return to Gavin. Marcus grabs Lily, and Leo bites his arm. The woman swings a candlestick at Leo, but Aria blocks the blow. Marcus flees outside with Lily. Leo shifts into wolf form to attack the woman. She beats him down, leaving him coughing blood. Leo clutches his glowing pendant to summon Silas.
