   Kylan tells Elara to slash his palm to test their connection. The cut appears simultaneously across Elara's own hand, and an examiner confirms the dragon scale inside her. Kylan claims he tore out the scale to save her from the Ashvale fire. Queen Seraphina tries to halt the inquiry. Elara ignores her, touches Kylan's wounded chest, and enters a fractured memory realm.

3. EP 3: The Sealed Pages

   Inside the memory, Elara watches Kylan plant his heart scale into her younger self. Back in reality, she inspects her memory journal and finds seven sealed pages. She touches Kylan again to view the day Ashvale burned. The memory reveals a woman in a white hood using runes to force the chained dragon to spew fire. Elara demands to see the woman's face.

4. EP 4: The Sun King's Ring

   Elara identifies the Sun King's Ring on the Queen's finger. The Queen clears the public square and shifts the tribunal indoors. Court officials display the stone slab holding seven of Kylan's True Name runes. Kylan surrendered them years ago for peace. Elara exposes a hidden emergency clause that let the wearer of the Sun King's Ring command the dragon without his consent.

5. EP 5: Rowan's Warning

   The Queen forces Kylan to his knees using the center rune. Elara questions the court scholar and learns full control requires all nine runes. A court official claims Elara willingly consented to have seven days of memories removed after losing her mind. Rowan brings in the sealed consent documents. When Elara questions the handwriting, Rowan quietly warns her that the court is lying.

6. EP 6: Stolen Memories

   Elara confronts a sun-crested knight about the altered records. The knight admits Elara refused to sign the memory wipe form six years ago. The Queen only sanctioned erasing twelve hours of trauma, yet court official Cassia wiped seven full days. Elara learned Ashvale's runes were tampered with before the fire fell. She scolds the knight for standing by while Cassia abused royal authority.

7. EP 7: The Refusal

   Elara enters the royal study to confront the Queen and her advisor. She accuses the court of stripping her memories to force blind obedience. The Queen prepares to sentence Kylan to the True Name Vault at dawn and orders Elara to deliver the guilty verdict to the public. Elara refuses to repeat royal lies to keep her status, turning her back on the crown.

8. EP 8: The Public Stand

   Attendants dress Elara in her inquisitor uniform so the public will accept the crown's verdict. In the courtyard, the Queen stays Kylan's death sentence due to the heart scale and orders him imprisoned. Elara steps up to the crowd and announces the official decree contradicts the memories she witnessed. The Queen pushes Elara before the citizens to confirm Kylan unleashed the dragonfire.

9. EP 9: Breaking the Chains

   Elara announces that the seven True Name runes were activated before the fire fell on Ashvale. She declares the verdict invalid and draws her blade to shield Kylan from the guards. Kylan asks why she would commit treason for him. He shatters his wrist chains, sprouting black scales and sharp claws on his arm to prepare for battle against the royal guards.

10. EP 10: Flight and Capture

    The Queen orders her archers to shoot Kylan's legs and take Elara alive. Kylan pleads with Elara to escape with him. Elara stays behind to face the Queen. Kylan unfurls his massive dragon wings and soars into the sky. Royal soldiers disarm Elara and arrest her for high treason. The Queen strips Elara's badge and sentences her to execution the next morning.

11. EP 11: The Execution Trap

    The Queen and her advisors gather around a tactical war map. The blonde noblewoman explains that Kylan senses the heart scale and will react if Elara faces death. The execution is an ambush designed to capture Kylan when he flies in to rescue her. A knight asks what happens if the dragon fails to appear. The noblewoman replies that it will prove he never loved her.

12. EP 12: The Queen's Daughter

    The noblewoman visits Elara's dungeon cell, urging her to confess that dragon memories tricked her mind. Elara rejects the deal. The Queen arrives alone and admits the execution is bait to trap Kylan. She tells Elara the executioner's blade will not fall because Elara is her daughter. Elara calls her love a disguise for control. The Queen leaves her locked in the dark.
