The Dragon Queen's Revenge: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: A Queen Disguised

Dragon queen Angelina lives quietly as Count Harrison's wife. Dragon Clan Elder Lancas reports their knights routed the orcs, elevating Harrison to Marquess. Lancas cautions that her pregnancy weakens her divine power. Angelina heads inside to plan a birthday surprise, only to encounter Harrison's returned ex-wife, Stella. When stepdaughter Helena approaches the room, Stella slaps herself and violently slams her own head into a stone wall to fake an attack.

2. EP 2: Ten Years Forgotten

Helena enters and rushes to comfort her bleeding mother. She curses Angelina and rejects her maternal affection. Angelina remembers reading with Helena and Sophia when they promised to grow up and protect her. Helena sneers that Angelina was never a mother, just a useful servant their father intended to discard long ago. Angelina stands shattered by the cold betrayal while Stella smirks in the background.

3. EP 3: A Treacherous Fall

Helena belittles Angelina as a peasant beneath the lord of the house. Stella pretends to show mercy by suggesting Angelina remain as an unpaid servant. She leans in to whisper insults and reaches out toward Angelina's belly. Angelina grabs her wrist to shield her unborn child. Stella deliberately falls to the floor, pretending Angelina attacked her again. Lord Harrison walks into the castle hall right at that moment.

4. EP 4: The Count's Strike

Harrison enters alongside his elder daughter Sophia. Helena accuses Angelina of assaulting Stella and trying to strike her. Stella pretends to weep, secretly terrified a male child will threaten her claim on House Harrison's fortune. Angelina tries to explain the truth, but Harrison cuts her off with a hard slap across the face. He calls her a lowly maid who never deserved the title of lady.

5. EP 5: Beggars in the Mud

Angelina rebukes Harrison for discarding ten years of dedication. A flashback shows Harrison and his starving children crawling through the mud, begging Angelina for food before he swore lifelong devotion. Angelina reminds him he would still be a beggar without her aid. Harrison explodes in embarrassment, claiming his own sweat rebuilt the family name. The elder daughter mocks Angelina, stating they hid her away because a commoner mother brought them shame.

6. EP 6: The Stolen Castle

Harrison and his daughters claim Stella can introduce the Mother of All Dragons to secure their titles. When Angelina declares herself the true master of the castle, Harrison tosses a property deed onto the stone floor. He reveals he tricked her years earlier into signing away her castle under the guise of a shop lease. As Angelina prepares to depart, Stella blocks the door and demands she strip off her robes.

7. EP 7: The Lion's Roar

Angelina casts off her outer robe herself, revealing her pregnant stomach. She warns the mocking daughters that retribution is coming. As she turns away, Stella hurls a dark magic skull at her spine. Angelina's barrier deflects the spell, knocking Stella down in blood. Thinking Angelina initiated the blow, Harrison manifests a glowing lion aura and strikes his pregnant wife. Angelina crashes violently into a table, coughing up blood.

8. EP 8: The Dragon Awakens

The strike causes Angelina to miscarry. Harrison and his daughters offer no pity, calling the unborn child a bastard and ordering her out. Angelina cuts her final ties of mercy and leaves the courtyard. She contacts Lancas to arrange her appearance at the royal banquet. With the pregnancy gone, her dragon powers surge back. She manifests royal black-and-gold regalia, summons a massive black dragon, and promises absolute ruin.
