Bows By Design: Recap by Episode

1. EP 1: A Bitter Welcome Home

   Claire returns home after four years abroad to propose to Bradley Ashworth. Her sister Natalie slaps her and announces Bradley is now her fiancé. Gerald Whitmore strips Claire of her trust fund and banishes her from the family. Brokenhearted, Claire meets her friend Ruby Monroe at a bar. Ruby points out a wealthy stranger at the counter and suggests Claire seduce Bradley's handsome uncle for revenge.

2. EP 2: Targeting the Uncle

   Ruby identifies the lone man at the bar as Bradley's single uncle who runs the European business. Claire approaches him to buy the last Bramble cocktail. Damian pays for the drink himself and rejects her offer to return the favor. Claire walks back to her table with confidence. She tells her friend that Bradley will soon call her Auntie Claire.

3. EP 3: A Sudden Proposal

   Claire sits next to Damian Castellano and engages in light banter. Damian asks what she wants, and Claire shocks him by proposing marriage on the spot. Damian realizes a fast wedding will resolve his personal troubles with his own father. He accepts Claire's proposal and orders her to meet him at city hall at ten the next morning with her ID.

4. EP 4: Cutting Ties with Bradley

   Bradley enters Claire's bedroom the next morning to justify his betrayal. He claims he only chose Natalie for her company shares and promised they could reunite later. Claire despises his cowardice and throws him out of the room. She checks the time with her friend and smiles as she leaves to marry Damian Castellano.

5. EP 5: The Name on the Certificate

   Claire meets Damian at the civil marriage registry. Damian sets strict rules: this marriage exists only to dodge his father's arranged match, and they will divorce in two months. They pose for their wedding photo, where Claire jokes about Damian's stiff expression. When the clerk hands over the marriage folder, Claire reads Damian's last name and realizes he is a Castellano.

6. EP 6: Strict Boundaries

   Claire insists on moving in together to protect their marriage facade. Damian resists, but a phone call from his grandmother changes his mind. His grandmother demands to meet Claire, forcing Damian to let his new wife move into his house. During his car ride, Damian wonders if anyone in the city truly knows his real background and secret identity.

7. EP 7: A Clean Slate and a Surprise

   Damian's driver reveals that Claire passed her background check with no red flags. At a cafe, Claire admits to her friend that she has developed feelings for Damian and plans to win his heart. Claire moves her bags into Damian's villa. Soon after, Damian sends a text asking her to watch Ellie and claims Ellie is his daughter.

8. EP 8: Meeting Ellie

   Claire learns Ellie is actually Damian's small white dog, brought back by dog walker Diane. Later, Claire calls Damian at work and nags him to return home for dinner. She playfully calls him Mr. Statue-Face and hubby. Damian yields to her charms. He returns to the villa and stops dead in his tracks when he sees Claire dressed in a sleek black dress.

9. EP 9: Sunday Morning on the Terrace

   Claire welcomes Damian home while holding Ellie on the couch. She guides him up to the top-floor terrace, which she renovated and named Sunday Morning. Damian acts stubborn and dismisses the cozy setup as a waste of time. He retreats inside after complaining about the sofa cushions. Claire watches him leave with a smile and calls him stubborn as a mule.

10. EP 10: Breakfast in the Kitchen

    Claire bakes fresh pastries in the villa kitchen the next morning. Damian walks in and initially turns down her offer of sweets. Claire teases him about maintaining his cold persona all day long. Damian softens his stance, steps close to her at the kitchen counter, and leans in to take a single bite of the pastry directly from her hand.
